2. DE-INSTALLATION AND RIGGING:
Sound Imaging provides you with qualified personnel for proper equipment de-install. We will do all the logistics ranging from verifying system placement per drawings to structural capacity overhead to eliminate any errors. We will stay in contact and be flexible with changes that happen due to unforeseen circumstances. Rigging is done by our professional partners in a way that is most convenient for the client. Our Full MRI Service includes 24/7 remote phone support, on-site MRI service seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and dedicated MRI parts support available daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. We also offer competitively priced parts, cryogen at market-leading rates, and both on-site and remote MRI installation and repair support.
Sound Imaging’s Preventative Maintenance program covers comprehensive system checks, including cryogen levels, compressor performance, RF power output, gradient calibration, oxygen monitor audits, coil testing, and overall system functionality. These proactive services are designed to reduce unexpected failures and extend equipment life.
We also offer Limited and Custom MRI Service Agreements for facilities that need flexibility. Each contract is tailored to individual operational needs, ensuring you only pay for the services you require.
Our team supports mobile and fixed MRI systems, open and closed MRI scanners, and GE MRI systems, including mobile units. For facilities located outside our immediate service area, we dispatch experienced MRI field service engineers, including weekend coverage.
